If Spite isn't right for you, email evan@acornworksai.com within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email evan@acornworksai.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt. You can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
When the money comes back
Spite is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Your license after a refund
A refund turns off your license key, and Spite stops working on the computers it was activated on. Your recordings stay on your computer.
After 7 days
We don't normally refund purchases after 7 days. If something is broken, email us anyway and we'll work it out with you. This policy doesn't limit any refund rights the law where you live gives you.
